A Trippy Look At McDonald's Breakfasts Around The World

So much breakfast news to talk about. Not only is September National Breakfast Month, but breakfastarianism is possibly a real thing that humans can now rally behind.

Perhaps the biggest recent breakfast news came from McDonald's, which announced this week plans to serve breakfast all day at its U.S. locations starting October 6.

In celebration of this wise decision, we wanted to look at what people eat for McD's breakfast in say, India and Brazil.

Some, we want; others, we'll give a hard pass. At the end of the day, we'll stick with the classic ol' Egg McMuffin (because soon, we'll be able to).

  • Pork Egg McWrap (Czech Republic)

This guy comes with scrambled eggs, pork, arugula, mayo spread, shredded cheddar and tomatoes wrapped tightly in a tortilla.

  • Halloumi Muffin (Arabia)

  • Chocolatey Donut (UK)

McBreakfasters in the UK get to start their day with a chocolate-filled donut with chocolate icing and chocolate sprinkles.

  • Brioche (Italy)

  • Ham And Cheese Croissant (Brazil)

  • McMolletes (Mexico)

A mollete (think Mexican bruschetta) made with an English muffin, American cheese and salsa. Such a good idea.

  • Ham And Cheese Pocket (Australia)

Australians get a good looking quesadilla-type thing: ham and Coon cheese tucked into a grilled tortilla. What. We want now.

  • Toast With Cheese (Czech Republic)

This sandwich ups the ante with a reverse bun move and cheddar cheese.

  • Cheese Bread (Brazil)
